Layne Intellectual Property is the patent-agent and scientific advisory practice of Robert M. Layne, Ph.D., U.S. Patent Agent, Registration No. 82,283. Patent-agent representation concerns authorized practice before the USPTO. Patent-agent registration does not establish admission to practice as an attorney.

Scientific and technical litigation assistance is provided in support of counsel. Court advocacy, transactional agreements, and legal opinions outside authorized patent-agent practice require appropriately qualified attorneys.
